Airport transportation is a
specialized business. Ask for specifics about what is included. At Burki
Limousine, our price includes everything that are considered extra’s by other
companies. Gratuity is always left at the customers discretion. We understand
that you will find some lower fares in our area, but after you add up all the
'padded fees' the result may be more than what you were quoted! We charge a
competitive fee, and in return, you will receive a clean and reliable
Lincoln/Cadillac sedan in combination with top-notch professional service from
one of our world-class chauffeurs. We can offer the lowest rates for DC Dulles
and Baltimore airports because we depend on your repeat business.
Getting you there on time IAD - BWI - DCA - all DC Airports
Domestic flights require that you be at the airport at
least an hour before the flight if you are traveling light. Security lines at
Washington Dulles and BWI airports can be long, especially during pre and post
International flights require that you be at the airports
a minimum 2.5 hours before the flight. At Washington Dulles Airport there is a
shuttle that takes you between the terminals and it can take 15 ~ 30 minutes.
So between the long lines at check in, the security lines and the shuttles, it
is best to be at the airport early - especially if you have a lot of people in
your party or luggage. However please check our

Vehicles used for Airport Transportation
The standard executive Lincoln Town car seats four
passengers. It does not mean that it will accommodate all their luggage. If you
are corporate travelers, it should seat you and accommodate your
overnight carry on's quite comfortably. If you are a family, please
remember to pack accordingly if you wish to use the sedans.
Limousines can accommodate more people but not their
luggage. The trunks in a stretch and for the sedan are the same size. We do not
allow luggage inside the limousines due to insurance restrictions. The
limousines are for passengers requiring an extra level of service beyond the
minimum required. The limousines are available for airport runs but they all
have a 3 hour minimum starting at $75 per hour
Passengers requiring luggage and people capacity should
use the 7 passenger Ford excursion SUV/Truck or the 14 passenger van. Rates for
these vehicle are slightly higher and can be obtained by calling a reservation agent on

Vehicle Operating Authority
Most states stringently
enforce limousine licensing. In many places the vehicle can be stopped and
immediately impounded if not in compliance. Make sure your limousine company is
licensed and insured. All companies licensed by VA DMV have to list their
carrier license number. Ours is listed under the Contact Us section.

I just wanted to drop a quick note thanking
you all for your prompt - and patient - services. It's always scary just
blindly pulling a service thousands of miles away and relying on them to
perform as hoped, but you all really came through. Our meeting on Wednesday was
scheduled to end at 4:30, but past experiences, tight airline schedules, and DC
traffic had us thinking that we may need cars sooner thus the request for 4:10
pick-ups. As it turned out, the meeting went much better than hoped and didn't
end until after 5:00. Your drivers were still waiting patiently despite our
inability to answer and return the messages left informing us that the cars had
arrived. We arrived at our various airports in plenty of time; if only the
airlines performed as reliably as Burki!
We will be returning to the DC area, so I am
grateful to you for making one planning step a no-brainer.

To Whom it May Concern:
On August 7, 2004 I called your toll free number to
get information on the pricing of your services. After she gave me the
information on your prices I asked the operator if she knew the prices for cab
fare. She told me I would have to contact them and hung up. I was only trying
to see if your service at a price of $50 would be better than taking a cab. It
was very rude and unprofessional for her to just hang up on a customer.
Needless to say, I will not use your service now even if it were better than
the taxi company.

This is just a quick note to say THANK YOU for taking care of my wife
this week, bringing her from Dulles to my parents' house on Monday,
then back to the airport this afternoon. The driver's patience and

The service you provided on my last business trip was outstanding. I have
sent an internal email to each of the executive assistants with reference
to our negotiated rates. I would like to enter a trial period where other
travelers can use your services, and will pay by corporate card. If all

with a personal touch of quality and understanding of the rich history of the

accommodating. It is refreshing to find customer service at its finest!!!! -

so wonderful, I'm happy to pay anyway for the convenience of getting me out
of this pickle.
