On arrival once you have gone through Passport Control and Customs, exit the double doors and you will enter the terminal
Proceed to the Arrival Passenger Pickup Door 1. It’s a small UP ramp which leads outside to the curb, where your driver will pick you up.

On arrival from a Domestic flight please proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage and call or text us at 703-865-5532 with your baggage claim carousel number. Depending on the baggage claim number we will accordingly advise which Door number the driver will meet you at curbside. For example, if your luggage is at Bag claim 4 – Driver would meet you at Arrival Pickup Door number 5
